The college has recently established the Centre for Capacity Building of their students to take up programs aimed at career development. An essential ingredient in capacity-building is transformation that is generated and sustained over time from within; transformation of this kind goes beyond performing tasks to changing mindsets and attitudes.

UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 17: Revitalizing the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development says, Universities and Colleges in particular can act as a hub for capacity training and building in developing countries. The Centre at our institution aims at development of individuals not only in academics but also to develop intrapersonal and interpersonal skills that help them in preparing themselves for future challenges after they complete their undergraduate courses.

A workshop on ‘Communication Skills & Know Your Career’ was organized in 2019 in the college premises. Moreover, classes for examinations like UPSC – CSE, CDS, CAPF; CAT for students of the college are being conducted every weekend.
