The Placement Cell SBSEC was founded in the year 2014-15 with the goal to provide employment & internship opportunities to the students of the college in some of the reputed organizations. It acts as an interface between the industry and the students to enable them to select their career path. Students are provided assistance and counselling for choosing a suitable career. We also work in order to guide the students in developing skills and job-search strategies required to achieve their career objectives.

The college has seen a rise in the number of students placed through on-campus recruitment drives and is becoming the destination choice for recruiters steadily. Our constant, continuous endeavors are dedicated towards building and sustaining connections with firms, getting on board new potential recruiters and on increasing the reputation of our college in the local job market and creating our institution's brand value. The Placement Cell is guided with the constant support of their Convenor & Co-Convenor along with the Chief Coordinator of the cell.

Companies such as The D.E Shaw Group, E&Y GDS, Deloitte USI, Tresvista, Grant Thornton, PwC, Wipro, L&T Constructions, Bank of America, Aditya Birla Capital Ltd, Willis Tower Watson, Axis Bank, ICICI Prudential, Byjus, Royal Bank of Scotland, Indigo, FIS Global, Decathlon, Advantage Club, Outlook group, RBS, NIIT, Jaro Education, Capline Services, MergerDomo, Lido Learning, High Beam Global, Sheekho Ltd and many more have been offering placement and internship opportunities to the students with the annual CTC ranging from 3 lakhs to 21.5 lakhs p.a. Till date we have placed more than 600 students through the campus and off campus drives.
